This invitation is from Sister Trish from the Order of Saint
Esclaremonde.
I’m passing it on because I thought some of you might be
interested.

Greetings all,
I’m planning on holding a Skype discussion call about one of my
favourite Nag Hammadi texts, this coming Friday night, US time,
and Saturday morning, Australian time.
I’d love it if you would consider joining me for the call.
Please find attached to this message a paper, ‘Two Female Gnostic
Revealers’ by Jorunn Jacobsen Buckley. The paper explores the
‘Thunder, Perfect Mind’ text by comparing it to a Mandean work, part
of the Right Ginza so-called ‘The Book Of Dinanukht’. As far as I am
aware, the Mandean text is not available online, but a link to
‘Thunder, Perfect Mind’ can be found below:
http://www.gnosis.org/naghamm/thunder.html
The call will begin at 11:00am Sydney time, please see the below link
for a conversion to your own timezone:
http://alturl.com/fwnb
We will spend:
20 minutes to get online, introduce ourselves, have a chat;
30 minutes to read through ‘Thunder, Perfect Mind’, out loud for those
that would like to participate;
30 minutes to discuss the text and the paper. Depending on the number
of callers, this might need to be time-limited for each person. I’ll
let you know the process once we’re all online.
To be a part of this call, please forward me your Skype ID to my
email address, [email protected] or post it back to this thread.
Then all you have to do is be online and pick up when the Skype
phone chimes to let you know we’re online, on Friday/Saturday.
This is a test event, to gauge the level of interest in further voice
discussions or perhaps even online study groups. If you can’t make
this call, but have ideas about something similar or would like to
be involved in future discussions, by all means please take this
opportunity to let us know your thoughts.
Blessings all,
I hope to speak to you soon,
Sr Trish
